Refund Policy

14-day refund on your first payment

If VVAI ESG isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access, including exporting the reports you have generated, until the end of the current paid period.

How to request a refund

Email support@vvai.io from your account email address and include your order or receipt details. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
