Billing questions
What counts as a report?
Each report you generate uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Regenerating individual sections is free, and if generation fails the credit is returned.
Do unused reports carry over?
No. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC), including on yearly plans.
How do yearly plans work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12, so two months are free. Your monthly report allowance is the same as on the monthly plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. To switch to a different plan, email us and we will move you over.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Your first payment is covered by a 14-day refund policy. See the Refund Policy for details.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Creem is our Merchant of Record. It processes your payment, issues receipts and calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout.
