Acceptable Use Policy

VVAI ESG is for drafting ESG and sustainability reports for your own organisation, or for organisations you are authorised to act for. You may not use it to:

• fabricate or falsify data, or knowingly produce false or misleading ESG or sustainability claims (for example, greenwashing);
• present AI-generated drafts as audited, assured, or approved by any framework owner, stock exchange or regulator;
• upload or process data you have no right to, including other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or other parties' confidential information;
• support illegal activity such as fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or attack the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, create accounts in bulk, or share, resell or sublicense your account or access to the Service;
• send automated traffic that degrades the Service for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to support@vvai.io.
